House of 301 Model Development Rates

01 — Schedule
Once your session is reserved, we discuss the agency’s vision, styling, and direction so we can understand what will benefit you the most when it comes to building and growing your portfolio.

02 — Session
You arrive at House of 301. Whether you are receiving professional hair and makeup (additional fee) or coming ready to go, we shoot without a strict clock— we take the time needed to get the images that feel like you. This ranges anywhere from 1-3 hours.

03 — The Reveal
Final images are not chosen in advance. Instead — after your session — I will share a proof gallery of culled images with you and your agency, and you will be able to choose the right images for you and your needs. You will have access to your gallery for up to (1) year if you’d like to choose more images at a later date.

04 — Final Retouching
Your chosen portraits are professionally retouched— elevated, not overdone.

05 — Delivery
Your final images are delivered in high resolution in color & BW — ready for web, and portfolio.

Your session investment starts with a $650 creative fee to reserve your place inside the studio. This covers the creative direction, the studio experience, and the full portrait session itself. There is no set time frame- we shoot until we feel good about what we captured. Your final investment varies based on the number of images selected, usage needs, prints, and scope. Image investment ranges from $75-$125, dependent on level of retouching. Total average investment ranges from $950 to $1500.
