House of 301 offers a versatile and elegant setting ideal for hosting a variety of intimate events. What else is cool? We can include photography services too.

If you are looking for an elevated space for your next lunch social or intimate dinner party, you have found it. Our 1200sf hidden gem, loft studio, is located downtown but imagine not having to stress about where to park.. Having a space that shines with natural light through it’s parisian style arched windows (made for the best photos), and a water view? Don’t forget the short walk to the beach for sunset.. You have found yourself in the right spot.

We want to help provide the dreamiest of spaces for you to host the event of the season. Your friends probably won’t be able to stop talking about it!

Renovations are happening now, and the schedule will open for July 2025 and beyond.
